Alone, all four remixes do not fit into a genre box. This is most likely the original of the forthcoming LP of the same name. The style of Frank Krumsdorf is strongly influenced by jazz. A soundtrack without a movie hits it pretty much. The four different remixes consistently distract us from what actually comes to us. A wonderful LP which is consistently surprised. Deep and with strings surrounded House by Barbaros. Progressive and with a slight slope to Big Room, which is not surprising, by Julian Reifegerste. Ben Elvis Mettin once again invents a new genre with his remix, which is strongly reminiscent of the “New Beat” of the 1990s. Technoid with a lot of groove, always looking forward, so Chris Maico Schmidt presents good news.

5 years after the start of the label 040 Recordings, Ralf Picka founded another project in 2012, which has now also turned into a well-established label for high quality electronic music. While the big brother provides rather static Tech-House, Minimal and Techno, Audio Safari demonstrates that driving Tech-House and groovy Deephouse are as popular as ever.
Even with Audio Safari it is proven that the label boss from Hamburg has the right feeling for a good selection of music and its artists. Not only big names of the scene such as Pierre Deutschmann or Sofa Tunes release their current tracks here, but also newcomers like Kevin Over or Lars Moston. As long as the quality is just right and the tracks are dancefloor fillers, Audio Safari will be a partner to all artists.
On the brand new Audio Safari Ibiza 2017 compilation this is proven by tracks & remixes from Nico Pusch, Heinrich & Heine, Genji Yoshida, Sam Junk, Kindred Spirits, Ming and many more… incl. 2 DJ Mixes by Kindred Spirits

Joseph Disco is regularly playing his kind of “darker” groove bombs in clubs like Sisyphos/Berlin or on festivals around the globe. As half of the duo Micky Monzza and Joseph Disco, his resume grew to include a series of productions on labels such Great Stuff, Craft Music, Platform B, Stil vor Talent, Pineapple, amongst others. Dj Lion, one of the Balkan’s pioneers of underground music scene – the owner and co-founder of Patent Skillz Records from Bulgaria now based in Berlin and the 1st ever English student of SAE Berlin. The intrinsic feature of his music style is crystal clean and powerful sound which grabs the audience and takes them to the highest peak possible from music. His productions (5 Vinyls and about 200 released tracks and remixes) are played, supported and charted by: MOBY, Richie Hawtin, Oliver Koletzki, Nick Warren, Roger Sanchez, Mark Knight, Pete Tong, Tube & Berger, Umek , Nicole Moudaber, Paco Osuna, Marco Carola, Stefano Noferini, Metodi Hristov, Prok And Fitch and many more.
Henry Sure – Studio Session EP (Frieda Musik)
With a mighty Büxe-shaking rumble, Frieda’s latest music is blowing quite a storm. The bass lines are weighing down and send a pleasant breeze across the dance floors of this world. On Frieda 008 you’ll also find Henry Sure’s Solo Debut, who’s showing his signature on three originals with distinct bass lines accentuated with persuasive beats. He also likes using vocals, beautifully woven into a percussive tapestry. Two remixes accompany the accomplished originals. The eponymous remix „Studio Session“ hails from Jørg, while „Sky Fall“ contains an interpretation of San Marco & M.A. Aunt Frieda as you know her: an EP for all events.
Surfing Leons – I See You EP (Homecoming Music)
For our first release of 2017 we have prepared a special 100% Belgian line up which includes two original tracks by Surfing Leons and stunning remixes by Fabrice Lig and Raw District. Our long time friend Mathieu Fonsny aka Surfing Leons is doing his debut on Homecoming with “I See You” and “Decadance” two tunes full of groove goodness. Belgian techno legend Fabrice Lig drops an amazing remix of “I See You” with his very own Detroit melodic and organic signature. Label heads Raw District are back on the remix duties with a strong tech house revision of “Decadance”.
Part of Serialism 10th year celebrations comes from two of Romania’s “ones to watch”, Cristi Cons [a:rpia:r] / AMPHIA) & Sublee (Body Parts / Delooped). They turn and step in to the arena for Serialism Records 40th release. The “You and Me” EP displays the duos versatility and production flair with 4 forward thinking tracks that glide in between House and Techno effortlessly with that Minimal swing that is Romania’s and Serialism’s signature.
With the title track of this EP, Mirco Niemeier knows how to fuse a gloomy kicking bassdrum with percussions and a discreet minimalist melody, so that he creates a track defining his life and culture excellently. Together with an oldschool like remix of the DJ and producer duo Raumakustik (known for their remix of globetrotter Claptone’s “In The Beginning” and releases on Jamie Jones’ label Hottrax as well as on Toolroom together with Terry Lynn), both titles represent a harmonious ensemble. As technoid as “My Culture” is, Mirco proves his complexity and facet richness with the second track “My House”, which comes around even more playful, but with the same tone color. And here, he also got some strong remix support: DJ Lion, wo released a successful remix of Metodi Hristov’s “Flip Trip” on Set About” at the beginning of this year, is responsible for a deep and simultaneously driving version of the original and completes the EP.

After releasing a string of Various Artist 12″s La Peña is a regular in any favourite DJ’s record bag. Now it’s time for the next step. “After all these Various Artist EP’s i wanted to focus on one artist at a time that would allow them to really show a spectrum as broad as possible. I am really happy to kickstart this with Fabe. I got introduced to him by a friend a few years ago and it ́s crazy how this guys turns up from track to track. I think this is his strongest release so far as he really shows what he is capable of in terms of style. Super happy to have him onboard as he is one of loveliest guys around as well. Salut Fabe !!! Life is Audio !!” – Einzelkind.
